I’m obsessed. Last month when I visited New York City, my best friend took me to Chobani SoHo. Yeah, did you know Chobani had a store? Instead of buying the little Chobani cups at your grocery store, they make these creations right in front of you! It was so good. Now that I am trapped in the Midwest once again, I decided to dedicate a series of posts on debunking the Chobani recipes.
If you ever go to the Chobani SoHo store, be sure to pick up the recipe cards. I was a dummie and I didn’t grab any. Now I have to regretfully experiment my own imitations of Chobani. But it’s so much fun :)
Prep time: 5 minutes
Ready in: 5 minutes
– 3/4 cup greek yogurt (0% or 2% is fine)
– 1/2 tbs clover honey
– 2 tbs granola
– 1/4 cup fresh fruit
Add each ingredient on top of the greek yogurt.
For a sweeter yogurt, I suggest buying the honey toasted granola with raisins. Last thought, I really need to get a glass ramekin to increase the “classy” level!
